State Licensed Filing Analyst

A company is looking for a State Filing Lead Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Execute filing strategy to support product filing initiatives and lead projects involving outside vendors

Revise existing policy language to comply with state laws and prepare necessary filings for state insurance departments

Negotiate with state regulators and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of filings and compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor degree or equivalent training

Mastery of SERFF insurance filings

Minimum of 3 years compliance / regulatory filing experience with insurance products

Experience in developing contract language for new product designs

Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment while self-monitoring due dates
