We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our collaborative healthcare team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of residents in skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities throughout Georgia. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside dedicated healthcare professionals in one of Georgia's most respected healthcare organizations.

Position Summary : As the LCSW, you will conduct initial evaluations, provide psychotherapy, and offer behavioral management to residents in long-term care and nursing facilities. You will collaborate with an assigned Psychologist and / or Psychiatrist / PMHNP at each facility to ensure continuity of care, with a focus on both psychological and psychopharmacological treatment.
