Preferred Background
Experience in childcare, education, coaching, ABA, or youth mentorship
Familiarity with IEPs or special education settings
Ability to redirect behavior calmly and consistently
Comfortable assisting with personal care when needed
Reliable attendance and strong communication habits
Core Responsibilities
Follow direction from classroom instructors to reinforce lessons or interventions
Offer one-on-one or small-group assistance during instruction
Support sensory, mobility, or communication needs
Monitor student engagement and provide encouragement throughout activities
Maintain confidentiality and uphold school policies
