The Rallye Motor Company , Long Island's premiere luxury automotive group, has an immediate opportunity for a Tire Technicians and Shop Assistants with Rallye BMW! Seeking reliable and motivated individuals with automotive experience, looking to join a team whose values are based on teamwork and delivering the highest caliber of customer service!

Tire Technician Responsibilities :

• Inspect and assess tire tread levels, wear patterns, valve quality, and overall health.
• Recommend appropriate repair treatment or replacement of tires.
• Repair punctures and replace faulty valves.
• Install new tires.
• Balance tires and complete wheel alignment procedures.
• Conduct roadside repairs.
• Examine vehicles to identify necessary repair or maintenance items that may not be included on the repair order, and communicate to the Service Advisor.
• Notify Service Advisor immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined on the repair order is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed by the time promised.
• Clearly and accurately document all work performed; ensure accurate time stamps for warranty, internal, and customer pay work.
• Road test vehicles as required or refer to the inspection technician as appropriate.
• Only perform work that is authorized by the customer or by the warranty.
• Work and enter third party tire claims through various electronic applications.

PAY : $17 hourly to $20 hourly based on experience
