About the Role

Centurum is seeking a Program Manager to provide leadership and technical expertise in support of Navy weapons system sustainment and development programs. In this role, you will oversee program planning, execution, and reporting while ensuring that all goals are achieved within scope, schedule, and budget. You will serve as the key interface with stakeholders, manage resources, and drive compliance with corporate and government standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of assigned programs, including planning, control, budgeting, and risk management.
• Oversee resource allocation, schedule development, and performance monitoring.
• Develop Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates and cost management reports.
• Ensure quality and compliance of all program deliverables through documentation, reviews, and audits.
• Prepare and transmit required program documentation, updates, and reports.
• Serve as the primary liaison with Navy clients, OEMs, and fleet / program offices.
• Manage subcontractor activities, deliverables, and finances as required.
• Identify program risks and develop / implement mitigation plans.

Required Qualifications

This position is required to have and maintain a Secret US DoD security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

Compensation

$140,000 – $175,000 annually.

Compensation for positions at Centurum varies depending on a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, location, responsibilities, skill set, and level of experience.
