Job Requirements

Education Requirements : Graduation from an accredited Practical Nursing program.
Certifications Requirements : Valid State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, BLS certification, and CPR certification.
Experience Requirements : Minimum of 2 years of LVN experience, with competence in g-tubes / enteral feedings, Foley catheters, and traches.
Other Requirements : Ability to work in long-term care or hospital settings, strong communication skills, and adaptability to shift changes.

Job Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in long-term care or hospital settings.

Administer medications and treatments, including g-tubes / enteral feedings, Foley catheters, and tracheostomies.

Monitor patient conditions and document changes accurately in electronic medical records (EMR).

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Educate patients and families on health management and safety procedures.
