About the Role

The Senior Technical Operations role plays a key role in supporting the execution and delivery operations that power Sam's Tech. You'll work alongside engineering, product, and program management teams to help plan, track, and measure delivery across complex technology initiatives. You will also work with external payment partners / providers to successfully drive the certification and unlock the new features. We are looking for someone highly organized, data-driven, and eager to learn how large-scale technology organizations operate. You'll gain hands-on experience with agile delivery models, program execution, and engineering operations that enable Sam's Tech to build and scale digital solutions for millions of members.

Minimum Qualifications :

Option 1 : Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project / program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.

Option 2 : 5 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
