Allied Universal is hiring a Project Manager. The Project Manager will administratively support a large healthcare client by managing and tracking deliverables, managing project deadlines, driving Key Performance Indicator (KPI) achievement and company initiatives. This position is onsite at the client HQ in Woonsocket, RI.
Responsibilities :
Oversee project submissions by reviewing data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Maintain and update project records in the Smartsheet Project Tracker.
Coordinate with integrators and Security Operations Managers (SOMs) through emails and calls to clarify project details and maintain progress.
Monitor and manage requisitions, proposals, and change orders for assigned projects.
Lead weekly calls with integrators and stakeholders to drive updates and prevent project delays.
Participate in stakeholder meetings with construction and real estate partners.
Create, track, and maintain various weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports utilizing internal systems and dashboards.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support the Technical Security Project Team.
Qualifications :
Must possess one or more of the following :
Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and able to effectively utilize multiple systems and applications.
Ability to work with new or existing presentation to create and deliver appealing, persuasive, and effective presentations.
Demonstrated problem solving, confidence and decision-making ability to manage shifting priorities, demands and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong financial skills with the ability to analyze data and report on regional metrics.
Ability to prioritize workload based on urgency; able to delegate time sensitive tasks and communicate to a range of audiences including to executive management.
Bonus Qualifications (Not Required) :
Project management experience.
Benefits :
Pay Rate : $65,000-$79,000 per year.

Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days.
Vacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly. Unused vacation is only paid out where required by law.
