Description : JOB PURPOSE :

The IT Project Manager will be responsible to plan, execute and oversee information technology projects ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the specified objectives and requirements. This individual will act as the liaison between business and technical aspects, managing project scope, resources, and timelines while ensuring successful implementation of IT solutions.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Project Planning : Defining project goals, scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Strategic Planning : Contributing to IT strategy by understanding business needs and translating them into project initiatives.
• Resource Allocation : Assigning personnel, equipment, and financial resources to projects.
• Team Leadership : Motivating and guiding project team members to achieve objectives.
• Risk Management : Identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact project timelines or budget.
• Communication : Keeping stakeholders informed of project progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Problem Solving : Identifying and resolving issues that arise during project execution.
• Budget Management : Monitoring and controlling project costs to stay within the allocated budget.
• Quality Assurance : Ensuring that projects meet the specified quality standards.
• Documentation : Maintaining accurate records of project progress, decisions, and changes.
