• Drafting of legal documents
• Answering and objecting to discovery
• Taking and defending depositions
• Performing legal research
• Arguing motions in court
• Conducting investigative tasks
• Participating at trials
• Conducting and leading case strategy
• Opportunities to collaborate across dockets
• Effectuating settlement disbursements and more.

Qualifications : JD

Texas License DO NOT APPLY IF NOT LICENSED IN TEXAS

1 - 3 years of practice

Trial experience a plus, but not required

Spanish speaker preferred.

Requirement :

Must Reside in Austin, Texas or the surrounding areas.

Compensation & Benefits :

Pay : $125,000 - $135,000.00 per year

Significant litigation experience and exposure to the trial lawyer communities and associations in Texas.

Hybrid work set up with two days a week remote guaranteed after training period.
