TITLE : Entry Level Design Engineer

COMP : $55,000 - $70,000

LOCATION : Monroe, IN

Our client is seeking immediate assistance in identifying a candidate for a Design Engineer direct hire position in Monroe, IN.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Lead new product development projects initiated by Product Management and assigned by the Design Engineering Team Lead.
• Design and develop component parts, assemblies, and finished products.
• Enhance and refine existing products to increase competitiveness in current markets.
• Coordinate product testing efforts with internal teams and external vendors.
• Collaborate with design team members on large-scale projects.
• Produce detailed 3D models, drawings, and documentation for assigned projects.
• Update and maintain standard BOMs for new and revised products.
• Develop and implement engineering standards for both new and existing products.
• Conduct FEA analysis to validate and improve product designs.
• Partner with fabrication, welding, and production teams to ensure manufacturability, quality, and efficiency.
• Assist in the design or procurement of fixtures required for new products or refined processes.
