Registered Nurse - ICU -

Unit Specifics : Number of Beds : 12

Patient Ratios : 1 : 2

Type of equipment : Baxter pumps

Documentation system : Cerner

Procedures performed on unit : CRRT, Bedside EVD s, A-line monitoring.

Hospital Specifics-

Certifications : NIHSS, ACLS

Scheduling requirements : Self Schedule / Unit needs.

6 weekend shift per period.

Floating policy : Travelers float first to other ICU S or to step down.

Patient Experience requirements : Neurology experienced ICU nurses preferred.

Must have : ACLS, BLS, ICU experience

Advanced skills needed : Care of Neurology post thrombectomy and TPA patients.

Post Neurosurgery patients.

Dress Code : (Required uniform) Navy Blue.
