Café Manager - Blue Roan Café (Roanie’s)

LBEMG is seeking to fill a full-time position for Café Manager of Roanie’s coffee shop and manage some of our local events. Roanie’s is uniquely located next to our dog and cat hospital and our goal is to provide a warm and happy café experience while also sharing a love for our furry friends.

The Café Manager will supervise the baristas, perform inventory management, assist with marketing, and organize the local on-site events.

Key Functions :

• Engage customers to improve the overall customer experience
• Train and coach associates for successful customer service delivery
• Monitors inventory levels and maintain appropriate levels of stock
• Timecard approval for staff members
• Work with marketing team to promote seasonal drinks and local events
• Ensure that all company and store standards, guidelines, health & safety and procedures are communicated and followed
• Ensure store appearance is always maintained and clean, including café seating area.
• Ensure proper equipment functionality and oversee completion of regular equipment maintenance. Problem solves equipment issues in timely way.
