Job description

Sr. Account Manager

Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Responsible for a upsell / revenue quota working with enterprise / existing accounts. Farming but with a hunting mentality - must be driven toward sales / revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's current accounts. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and objectives. Must be willing to work with large sums of data. Understanding of digital marketing / spend is a huge plus. Monitor account performance, providing regular updates and insights to clients and leadership. Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction. Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify areas for growth and improvement. Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to clients and stakeholders. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.

A successful Sr. Account Manager should have : Strong background in account management or sales within the Technology, Digital Marketing, SaaS area. Minimum of 4-7 years of experience. Ideally 2+ years already working with upper mid market / enterprise accounts. Must have 2-3+ consecutive years within one company. Must have a track record of attaining quota. MUST HAVE experience in an upsell / cross sell focused role. Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities. Proficiency with CRM tools and sales management software. A results-oriented approach with a commitment to achieving targets.

Competitive salary in the range of $120,000 - $140,000 base salary - $200-220k OTE (uncapped commissions).
