Education : Paid, in a fixed morning schedule (09 : 00-17 : 00)

What You Will Need To Do :
- Service existing customer database with the aim of management, understanding, and recording requests
- Provide detailed updates and information on account issues to company customers
- Maintain the existing active contribution to the relationship of trust and good cooperation that governs the company and its customer base, based on customer-centric approach and personal communication with each customer
- Effective and timely update of the database (CRM) after each call as well as careful record keeping
