Description : HWL Requisition : Lahey Clinic Hospital - LHMC (21020)-AN-2361 CERTIFIED SURGICAL TECH, Burlington, MA Days 36 hours / week 7a,7 : 30p\r\nPrimary Experiential Needs include Ortho, Neuro, Transplant & Cardiac National Surgical Tech Certification Required, BLS / CPR required 1,2 variable shifts possible per month.\r\n\r\nBILH Cover Sheet Required\r\nFacility is not accepting local candidates.\r\nCannot have worked perm / travel / PRN for any Beth Israel facility within the past six months.\r\n2025-2026 flu vaccine required at time of submission (declinations not accepted). If candidate does not have current flu vaccine, we will accept an attestation stating they will receive it prior to start.
