Base pay range

$155,000.00 / yr - $220,000.00 / yr

Who Are We Looking to Add to Our Team?

We're seeking Machine Learning Engineers to drive and scale the validation of our AI systems. You'll lead a team of applied scientists while staying hands?on, building the measurement frameworks and experimental approaches that ensure our AI systems deliver reliable results.

In This Role You Will

• Design, build, and deploy ML systems that power core product featuresfrom prototype to production.
• Work across the stack to integrate models into scalable and maintainable infrastructure.
• Conduct rigorous experimentation, data analysis, and performance evaluation to drive improvements.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Mentor junior engineers and help establish best practices for our ML development lifecycle.
• Own projects end?to?end in a fast?paced, agile environmentwearing multiple hats when necessary.
• Stay up?to?date with research and emerging techniques to inform our ML roadmap.

The salary range for the selected regions is $155,000-220,000 annually plus equity, with the potential for variation based on qualifications and skills.
