• We are seeking an experienced Activiti BPM Consultant to design, develop, and implement scalable business process management solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise with the Activiti BPM platform on the cloud, along with strong skills in process analysis, system integration, and BPMN-based solution design.
• This is an onsite role starting Day 1 in Riverwoods, IL.
• Key Responsibilities
• Process Analysis & Design : Analyze business requirements and map them into BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) workflows. - Platform Configuration & Development : Configure and customize the Activiti BPM platform to meet business needs. - System Integration : Integrate Activiti BPM with enterprise applications and cloud services. - Implementation & Best Practices : Apply BPM best practices to ensure scalability, reusability, and efficiency of workflows. - Testing & Deployment : Ensure quality, performance, and seamless deployment of BPM solutions. - Collaboration : Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end process automation solutions.
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing BPM solutions. - Proven expertise with the Activiti BPM platform (cloud-based preferred). - Strong understanding of BPMN standards and process modeling. - Solid experience with system integration, testing, and deployment. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Proficiency in English (native or bilingual level).
