Conduct home visits and community outreach for medication administration and client check-ins.\n

Focus on older adult populations (for the grant-based position) while providing tailored psychiatric support.\n
Collaborate with community support workers for all community visits, particularly for ACT (Assertive Community Treatment) clients.\n

Active RN license in Washington, DC.\n
1-2 years of nursing experience (3+ years preferred).\n
Prior psychiatric RN experience, ideally with ACT programs.\n
Experience with elderly populations and strong ability to navigate behavioral health needs.\n
BSN not required.\n\nPreferred : \n
3+ years of psychiatric or behavioral health nursing experience.\n
