• Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm or 4 / 10 schedule with possible weekends
• 26 - 30 patients per day
• Family medicine chronic care management and acute walk-in visits
• Suture, I&D, and laceration repair procedures required
• Hospital privileges required
• BLS certification required
