Our new spinoff (Navless.ai) is looking for a Content Engineer — a new type of role that blends the creativity of a content marketer with the technical fluency of a solution engineer . This person will be accountable for matching buyer intent with tailored content that delivers the right message to the right personas at the right time. This is a hands-on role responsible for producing scalable, on-brand assets across formats (copy, video, interactive, visual assets), using AI and modern content tools to accelerate creation, distribution, and personalization.

- Fuel ABM and outbound selling with content — create tailored assets for target accounts, industries, and personas.
- Fuel inbound buyer education with content — deliver adaptive, multi-format experiences that guide buyers through discovery and evaluation.
- Assess which stories, messages, and formats are working (and which aren’t) — track asset, channel, and campaign level performance in order to optimize content strategy based on data. Use the same data to help inform exec and PMM decision making when it comes to strategic (brand and product) positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Design, produce, and publish content in multiple formats : blogs, landing pages, product explainers, short videos, and interactive experiences.Leverage AI and automation tools to generate, repurpose, and adapt content for different audiences and channels.Build and maintain scalable content systems — templates, workflows, and libraries — to accelerate output while ensuring brand consistency.Partner with product, sales, and marketing teams to translate positioning into compelling stories and campaigns.Support inbound lead gen as well as outbound sales and ABM initiatives by creating tailored content for specific accounts, industries, and buyer personas.Track and analyze content performance, iterating to improve engagement and conversion.Stay on top of emerging tools and methods for AI-assisted content creation and distribution.Requirements
Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone and format to different audiences.Familiarity with AI content creation tools (text, image, video) and content management systems.Technical comfort with APIs, automation workflows, and data-driven content personalization.Experience in SaaS, B2B marketing, or product marketing is a plus.Highly organized, process-oriented, and able to balance creativity with scalability.Benefits
