We are currently hiring Caregivers for our residential and adult day programs. Residential Group Home Schedules Available : - 6 : 30 AM to 3 : 00 PM , varying hours, five (5) days per work week, including weekends & holidays- 2 : 30 PM to 11 : 00 PM varying hours, five (5) days per work week, including weekends & holidaysAdult Day Program Schedules Available : - 8 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM, Monday through Friday - 8 : 30 AM to 4 : 00 PM, Monday through Friday

Momentum is hiring a Caregiver / Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support disabled individuals with daily living needs in a group home residential and / or adult day program settings. As a Caregiver / Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will support people with their physical, emotional, and social needs by focusing on the person first.
