As an Engineering Intern , you’ll work alongside our Engineering team to bring innovative fixture designs to life. You’ll support clients, sales teams, and engineers by creating detailed SOLIDWORKS models, drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs) for quoting, prototyping, and production. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to learn how design, engineering, and manufacturing come together to create high-quality fixtures for top retail and brand clients.

You’ll gain experience with a variety of materials, including wood, metal, and plastic, and collaborate with vendor partners to understand fabrication techniques and manufacturing processes. In this role, you’ll also assist with revisions, redlines, and documentation to ensure accuracy and efficiency across all engineering deliverables.

Shift available : Monday through Friday 8 : 00 am – 5 : 00 pm (This internship requires onsite presence at our Chanhassen, Minnesota location. Relocation assistance, housing, and transportation are not provided. Candidates must reside in or be able to commute locally to the Chanhassen area for the duration of the internship.)

Compensation : $20.00 Hourly

A variety of these traits will help land you this job if you :

• are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in CAD / Engineering, Mechanical Design, or a related field.
• have experience or coursework in SOLIDWORKS CAD modeling.
• have a basic understanding of engineering drawings and processes.
• are detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple facets of a project simultaneously.
• have a strong visual understanding of design and materials.
• are eager to learn and ready to apply your education in a real-world engineering environment.
