Position : Senior Project Manager
Project : Contact Center Modernization (this experience is required)
Location : Charlotte, NC | On-site 3 days per week
Duration : Expected 2 year contract
Type : W2 contract, paid hourly. No C2C, 1099, or third-party submissions will be accepted. Only direct W-2 candidates will be considered.
Pay Rate Range : W2 $68-72 / hr

[Client] is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (PM5) to lead critical wave-based migrations as part of its high-profile Contact Center Modernization initiative. Recognized as one of the largest and most strategic programs within the organizationand a top priority for leadershipthe project aims to consolidate contact center applications and transition customer-facing agents to a modern cloud platform by the end of 2027. This role requires a strategic leader capable of managing complex project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and change management in a fast-paced environment.
