Compensation Range :  $117,200-$135,000

Compensation may vary based on applicant's work experience, education level, skill set, and / or location.

Job Purpose

The  Salesforce Marketing Cloud Product Owner  plays a pivotal role in advocating for business within the organization, ensuring business alignment with Salesforce solutions. The Product Owner (PO) will manage and execute a Salesforce digital roadmap across the business to bring new experiences and features to employees and customers that will promote a most valued customer experience, and revenue growth by closely aligning business goals with Salesforce deliverables. The goal is to standardize capabilities across lines of business (LOBs) and coordinate with other Product owners to build a common process and RACI for engaging with the business.

Up to 10% Travel Required

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Provide direct supervision, guidance, and mentorship to Product Administrator.

2. Review the detailed user story writing prepared by Product Administrator.

COMPETENCIES :

1. Decision-Making : Strong decision-making skills to prioritize features and enhancements based on business value and customer impact.

2. Problem-Solving : Analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and optimize the Salesforce platform for better performance and usability.

3. User Experience (UX) : Understanding of UX principles to ensure the platform is user-friendly and meets the needs of end-users.

Qualifications

Education and / or Experience :

  • Bachelor's Degree required in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2 – 3 years of relevant experience required.
  • Language Skills

  • Fluency in writing and speaking in English is required.
  • Mathematical Skills

  • Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, and Division : Fundamental operations for basic data manipulation and calculations
  • Descriptive Statistics : Understanding of mean, median, mode, range, variance, and standard deviation to summarize data sets.
  • Probability : Basic concepts of probability to assess risk and uncertainty in business scenarios.
  • Equations and Formulas : Ability to work with equations and formulas for calculations and data analysis.
  • Linear Relationships : Understanding linear equations and relationships, which can be useful in trend analysis and forecasting.
  • Reasoning Ability

  • Data Interpretation : Skills to interpret and analyze data, identify patterns, and derive insights.
  • Graphing and Visualization : Ability to create and interpret graphs, charts, and visual representations of data.

    Salesforce Certifications :

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
  • Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant (preferred)
  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (optional)
  • Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant (optional)
  • Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant (optional)
  • Other Skills and Abilities

  • Salesforce Platform Knowledge : Deep understanding of Salesforce CRM functionality, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.
  • Data Analysis : Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. Experience with SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau.
  • Process Mapping : Ability to create and interpret process flow diagrams and other business process documentation.
  • Requirements Gathering : Skilled in eliciting, documenting, and managing business and technical requirements.
  • Configuration and Customization : Basic understanding of Salesforce customization and configuration options, including workflows, process builder, and custom objects.
