Operations Manager For Product Data Operations
Meta seeks an exceptional operations leader to join the Product Data Operations (PDO) team, a critical function delivering the data and insights powering machine learning and the Threads ecosystem across all Meta products. As a Manager on the PDO Family of Apps team, you will lead a team of Project Managers, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of essential data to product teams for Meta's Threads products. This role requires a leader navigating 24 / 7 workflows, supporting an experienced team, and adapting to rapidly evolving product priorities. You will champion AI adoption within the Threads team and contribute to broader AI integration efforts, collaborating closely with Meta's product and engineering teams to accelerate the company's product roadmap.
Responsibilities include :
- Leading and empowering a team of Project Managers to deliver high-quality, timely, and accurate data for Threads product development
- Championing the integration and implementation of AI solutions to optimize workflows, enhance operational velocity, efficiency, and data quality
- Building and maintaining robust, collaborative cross-functional relationships with Product, Engineering, Data Science / Engineering, and Ops partners
- Driving operational and product service quality for the Family of Apps team, ensuring high standards in data delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
- Identifying and analyzing operational inefficiencies, developing and implementing innovative, scalable solutions to enhance team performance and impact
- Establishing team goals and collaborating with stakeholders on strategies for execution, measurement, and reporting
- Fostering a results-oriented team that operates with ownership and care
- Maintaining a customer-focused orientation, leveraging analytical, presentation, and client-facing skills to influence executive leadership and cross-functional teams
Minimum qualifications include :
10+ years of progressive experience in consulting, data operations, project management, or a related field within a technology or product-focused environment2+ years of people management experienceDemonstrated proficiency in strategically prioritizing and driving key initiatives, effectively managing cross-functional stakeholdersProven executive presence and exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing executive leadership and driving alignmentProven critical thinking and analytical leadership skills, adept at translating complex data and operational challenges into actionable strategiesHighly adaptable and collaborative, thriving in ambiguous, and rapidly evolving product environmentsBachelor's degree or equivalent experiencePreferred qualifications include :
Advanced proficiency in data analysis, interpretation, and visualization using modern analytics toolsHands-on experience designing, deploying, and scaling AI solutions to automate processes, improve quality, and deliver cutting-edge servicesExperience managing high-stakes, time-sensitive workflows with a focus on accuracy, reliability, and risk mitigationPrior experience in management consulting or a comparable strategic advisory roleProven experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovationPublic compensation is $143,000 / year to $202,000 / year plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
