We are seeking a visionary Product Manager to lead the development of AI-powered capabilities within a fast-growing enterprise cloud platform. This role offers the opportunity to shape the next generation of intelligent data protection tools, driving both innovation and tangible business outcomes. You will work closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to translate AI opportunities into actionable product strategies, focusing on practical, high-impact applications. The ideal candidate thrives in environments that balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, excels in data-driven decision-making, and has deep experience building and scaling AI / ML solutions in enterprise settings. This role is highly collaborative, influencing both product roadmap and go-to-market strategy while delivering measurable results for customers.

Accountabilities

  • Define and execute the AI product strategy for cloud-based data protection and recovery solutions.
  • Conduct market research and gather customer insights to identify AI opportunities that solve real-world problems.
  • Translate strategic vision into detailed product requirements, prioritizing features based on customer value and business impact.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, QA, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality AI-driven features iteratively.
  • Define, track, and report success metrics for AI capabilities and broader product initiatives.
  • Lead the launch and commercialization of AI-enabled products, coordinating with go-to-market and support teams.
  • Evangelize AI product capabilities through webinars, blog posts, conference talks, and internal communications.
  • Ensure AI solutions comply with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management roles, ideally with enterprise B2B or complex systems.
  • 3+ years of experience building AI / ML-based products, including recommender systems, classification models, or automated insights.
  • Proven track record of leading 0-to-1 product initiatives at enterprise scale.
  • Strong technical fluency in AI / ML concepts, including model types, evaluation metrics, algorithm limitations, and architectures.
  • Experience in product discovery, roadmap development, feature scoping, launch execution, and optimization across multiple products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
  • Demonstrated bias for action, ownership mentality, and autonomous problem-solving.
  • Preferred :

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
  • Expertise in AI safety, responsible AI, governance, or ethical / legal considerations in AI.
  • Knowledge of embeddings, vector search, or AI-focused data processing.
  • Experience in data protection, cybersecurity, or enterprise SaaS industries.
