CentiMark Corporation  is actively hiring an experienced  Roofing Service Manager  in  Dallas, TX ! The ideal candidate will have commercial / industrial roofing experience, leadership / supervisory experience, and provide exceptional service to our customers. This Manager will be running the largest service department in CentiMark!

This role is paying a base salary of $60k - $80k, plus $40k - $50k in bonuses & premier benefits!

Job Summary :

• Marketing and developing the service department
• Scheduling and supervising multiple crews, including two-man repair teams, large repairs, and small re-roof projects, ensuring that they are operating to optimize safety, service & quality measures
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Estimating, proposing, and selling commercial roofing repair work from some provided leads
• Inspect service roofing jobs for safety and workmanship
• Responsible for management / growth of service department
