Job descriptionOwn the design, calculation, and validation of key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality measures across multiple domains. Develop reproducible data models, automated reporting pipelines, and standardized calculation templates using SQL, Python, and modern data platforms. Define and enforce validation checkpoints, version control, and audit-ready documentation to uphold data integrity. Partner with business, engineering, and analytics teams to deliver high-impact insights and resolve data discrepancies. Build executive dashboards, variance reports, and trend analyses highlighting key performance drivers. Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and coach analysts to ensure analytic excellence across teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Public Health, or a related field. 12+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or performance measurement, ideally within healthcare. Strong experience with HEDIS or other healthcare quality measurement frameworks. Advanced proficiency in SQL , Python , and modern data platforms (AWS Redshift, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.). Deep understanding of data validation, multi-source integration, and KPI development . Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and executive communication skills.
