Registration Clerk / Clerk II - Emergency Services - Full Time

Position Summary :

The Registration Clerk / Clerk II is responsible for fulfilling all patient access functions in the ED. The Registration Clerk is an integral member of the team supporting all patient and family care and needs and is often the first point of contact with our arriving patients.

Education, License & Cert :

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience :

One year experience preferred in a position requiring frequent and direct in-person customer contact. Candidate should have experience in a role that requires :

• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Frequent keyboarding
• Exceptional attention to detail.
