Responsibilities

  • Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
  • Communicate with customers regarding parts availability and order status
  • Answer phone calls and provide accurate price quotes and information
  • Review body shop estimates to ensure correct parts and pricing
  • Provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers
  • Pull and fill orders from stock accurately and efficiently
  • Notify the parts manager of out-of-stock or urgent inventory needs
  • Locate out-of-stock parts through external sources and place emergency orders when necessary
  • Ensure all internal parts requests are billed on service repair orders
  • Process payments from retail customers or secure credit authorizations
  • Prepare parts orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pickup

    • Requirements :

  • 2+ years of automotive parts experience required (Subaru experience a plus)
  • CDK experience preferred but not required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional communication and customer service skills

    • Compensation details : 60000-80000 Yearly Salary
