Job Requirements

Education Requirements : Oregon RN License or equivalent license valid in Oregon

Certifications Requirements : BLS certification, CPR certification, and optional ACLS certification

Experience Requirements : Minimum of 1 year of long-term care (LTC) experience in a healthcare setting

Other Requirements : Background check via Orchards, ability to work night shifts, excellent communication skills, adaptability to schedule, and reliable transportation

Job Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting during night shifts, ensuring adherence to all safety and clinical protocols.

Monitor, assess, and document residents’ health status, reporting any significant changes to the healthcare team promptly.

Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders and facility policies.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
