KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Finance and Accounting to join our CFO organization.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-depth analysis, insights, and actionable recommendations from data to support strategic planning, decision-making, and course correction for identified risks
• Simplify and communicate complex messages to highlight and summarize essential points, telling the business story that supports the data
• Advance the firm's financial strategy with proactive analysis, planning, and forecasting, focusing on future outlooks, including fiscal year projections and medium-term strategic outlooks
• Gain a seat at the table with finance and business stakeholders, providing financial insights and articulating an independent perspective
• Foster an environment where people and technology (including AI) collaborate effectively, resolving issues that hinder team performance, and continuously developing new skills in alignment with business transformation
• Act with integrity, professionalism and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum five years of recent accounting and finance background within a professional services environment is preferred
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in accounting, finance, or related field required
• Strategic thinker with a proactive and results driven mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficient in financial software and MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
