Head Bartender

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Head Bartender to lead our bar team and support management operations. This role is perfect for a highly organized and skilled professional who can manage both the bar floor and back-office tasks.

Responsibilities :

Oversee bar operations during shifts, ensuring team efficiency and excellent guest experience.

Conduct inventory counts , manage stock levels, and place orders as needed.

Support the office / management team with administrative tasks related to bar operations.

Train, coach, and supervise bar staff to maintain high standards.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and service regulations.

Requirements :

Proven experience as a bartender with leadership responsibilities.

Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar operations.

Experience with inventory management and ordering.

Excellent organizational, communication, and team leadership skills.

Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
