Job Description

General job duties for all store team members include operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, cleaning equipment and facility, and providing training orientation.

Communication skills include the ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions, and communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

Essential functions / skills include the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately, make correct monetary change, enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen, navigate adverse terrain, and deal with varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions.

Sensing abilities include talking and hearing on the telephone, near and mid-range vision, depth perception, and ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

Temperaments include the ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgements and decisions.

Physical requirements include standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, and climbing.

Additional job details include stooping / bending, crouching / squatting, and reaching.

Driving duties include delivering pizzas within a designated delivery area, and delivering flyers and door hangers.

Requires a valid driver's license with a safe driving record, access to an insured vehicle, and the ability to maintain all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.

In addition, the position requires staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, working to a schedule, perfect image and adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to / from work, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
