The Strategic Initiatives & Operations team sits within Corporate and reports to the Chief Strategy Officer. Our team focuses on high-impact projects that span corporate functions (e.g., HR, Finance) and business divisions, with a strong emphasis on the North American concerts business and cross-business-unit initiatives.

We tackle a wide range of projects, including revenue growth strategies, operations improvement (e.g., in-venue technology innovation), benchmarking & performance analysis (e.g., festival performance reviews), and merger & acquisitions.

Additionally, we work on the company's annual strategic planning process, support Board of Directors communications, and develop the annual investor deck.

We are looking for a high-performing, pre-MBA associate with strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset. This is a high-visibility role with exposure to top executives and critical company initiatives.

What This Role Will Do :

• Conduct market sizing and build financial models to evaluate growth opportunities
• Perform data analysis & modeling to identify key business trends and inform decision-making
• Develop executive-level presentations for senior stakeholders
• Work directly with the team's leadership (from Directors to the Chief Strategy Officer) on key strategic initiatives

The expected compensation for this position is : $88,000.00 USD - $110,000.00 USD Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
