Our agents typically initiate 2-3 transactions monthly within their first 60 days using our company-provided leads.

1. List and sell residential real estate properties using live-connection leads.
2. Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
3. Conduct market analysis to determine property value for high-intent consumers.
4. Educate clients on fundamental real estate procedures and market trends.
5. Commit to client success and maintain top-tier service ratings.

1. Live Connections: Receive 20-30 tangible showing leads monthly—these are live consumers eager to view properties, often on the same day.
2. Production Coaching: Partner with a dedicated Production Coach immediately after onboarding to accelerate your integration and success.

1. Active Real Estate License (Required): All candidates must possess an active DRE license prior to joining.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $250,000.00+ per year (Commission-based)
