Senior Product Designer
Full-time | Hybrid | San Francisco, CA
About the Role
We’re hiring Senior Product Designers to help shape a next-generation AI-powered creative platform for marketers.
You’ll own complex design workflows end-to-end, building intuitive, interconnected product experiences that help marketing teams move faster and make better decisions.
You’ll join a fast-moving startup backed by Accel, working directly with engineering and product leadership to define the design culture from the ground up.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the design of core platform experiences — from early discovery through high-fidelity UI and final implementation.
- Conduct user and competitive research to identify product gaps and inform design strategy.
- Partner closely with engineers, the founding designer, and the CEO to translate ideas into seamless, high-impact features.
- Optimize UX across analytics, workflow, and collaboration tools for marketers.
- Build and evolve a unified design system ensuring visual and functional consistency.
- Embed AI-driven experiences such as smart recommendations, auto-tagging, and creative insights.
- Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and performance data.
Who You Are
5+ years of end-to-end UX / UI experience, with at least 2+ years designing B2B products.Deep product intuition and systems-level design thinking.Skilled in Figma or equivalent modern design tools.Strong collaboration skills and comfort working cross-functionally with engineers and leadership.Demonstrated ability to translate complex requirements into simple, elegant interfaces.Interest in or prior experience with AI-powered workflows, analytics, or ad-tech products.Location flexibility : based in San Francisco (3 days in office) .Why Join
