10+ years in commercial roofing with a focus on operations and leadership

Proven experience managing estimating, service, and production teams

Expertise in TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, Modified Bitumen, Coatings, and Metal systems

Solid P&L and business management background

Strong leadership presence—hands-on, approachable, and results-driven

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Comfort with CRM, project management tools, and spreadsheets
