Job description
As a BODY20 Fitness Concierge, you are more than a Sales Associate - you are the heartbeat of the studio experience! You'll curate the energy, tell our story, and begin the journey for every member who walks through our doors. From designing eye-catching marketing materials to planning community activations, you'll connect people to cutting-edge EMS technology that redefines what's possible in just 20 minutes.

Your Impact
  • Serve as the face and voice of BODY20 - delivering exceptional first impressions.
  • Build meaningful relationships with members and local businesses to grow the community
  • Participate in local events, wellness pop-ups, and partnerships to promote the BODY20 brand
  • Be Dependable and Guide prospective members through the BODY20 experience - from curiosity to commitment
  • Deliver personalized service and follow-up to ensure every member feels seen and supported
  • Collaborate with your team to create a motivating, high-vibe studio environment
  • Support and execute local marketing initiatives - manage social media engagement, assist in digital campaigns, and track marketing performance
  • Design and produce marketing collateral including flyers, in-studio displays, social posts, and community outreach materials that align with BODY20 brand standards
What You Bring

Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
