Minnesota Licensed Program Manager

A company is looking for a Program Manager for the Preferred Provider Network.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate strategic and operational processes for the Preferred Provider Network

Develop and implement new programs and services while managing existing ones

Manage performance improvement initiatives and support hospital throughput and readmission initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a Healthcare field

5+ years of clinical experience in the skilled nursing industry

Registered nurse licensure preferred, active in the state of MN

Master's Degree in a Healthcare field is preferred
