• Unit : Med / Surg Telemetry (Medical Surgical, Nursing Float, Rehabilitation Department)\n
• Start Date : November 10, 2025\n
• End Date : February 9, 2026\n
• Duration : 13-week contract\n
• Shift : 12-hour nights, 3 shifts per week (36 hours / week)\n
• Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend\n
• Electronic Medical Record : EPIC EMR\n
• Estimated Weekly Salary : $1880 - $2020\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Iowa or compact state (required for travel nursing jobs)\n
• BLS certification (AHA)\n
• Minimum 2 years of recent Med / Surg Telemetry nursing experience\n
• At least 1 completed travel nursing contract\n
• Ability to float within the same discipline across local campuses as needed\n
• Submission of work history / resume, skills checklist (within 1 year), license verification, required certifications, and 1 supervisory reference\n
• Proof of taxable address (driver's license, utility bill, lease, etc.)\n\nRegistered Nurse Responsibilities\n
• Deliver high-quality patient care in Med / Surg Telemetry and Rehabilitation units\n
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care\n
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, respond to changes in patient condition, and provide timely interventions\n
• Accurately document patient care using EPIC EMR\n
• Float to other units within the same discipline as needed to support clinical operations\n
• Participate in shift handoffs, interdisciplinary rounds, and patient / family education\n
