MedStar Medical Group Anesthesiology - Anesthesiologist Position

MedStar Medical Group Anesthesiology, one of the largest anesthesia groups in the DMV / Mid-Atlantic region, is seeking a full-time Anesthesiologist at MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center, a top-tier tertiary hospital located in eastern Baltimore County. The hospital is a 380-bed academic, community-based facility, known for its busy Emergency Department and being one of the largest community teaching hospitals in Maryland.

This role involves a combination of medical direction and performing solo MD / DO cases. The diverse cases include L&D, GYN, ortho, neuro, general, vascular, endoscopy, GI, pain, thoracic, and robotics. Our center is a Robotic Surgery Center of Excellence with state-of-the-art surgical pavilions supporting advanced multispecialty procedures and medical imaging. No cardiac cases are involved, but there are opportunities for 'extra heads' and 'extra OB'. Call and non-call positions are available, with regional experience highly preferred. Cross-coverage to MedStar Harbor Hospital in downtown Baltimore may be included.
