The Senior People Operations Generalist (Spanish / English) serves as a key HR partner supporting multiple sites in the region, focusing on employee relations, coaching, and engagement. The Base Salary Range : $78,000–$97,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Final compensation will depend on experience, skills, qualifications, location and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
