- Greeting clients upon entrance and exit of the spa and seeing to their individual needs
- Booking appointments via telephone and in-person on Book4Time scheduling system
- Keeping retail & spa areas organized and presentable
- Confirming appointments on a daily basis via telephone & email
- Assisting with regularly scheduled inventory count
- Mantaining knowledge of spa services, products, and technicians
- Collecting, assessing, and organizing client database
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Proactive, with excellent customer service and phone etiquetteStrong organizational skills, ability to multi-taskLuxury spa or retail experience preferred; luxury hotel experience helpfulComputer savvy; previous knowledge of spa booking software preferredMust be able to work early mornings, nights, weekends & holidaysMost importantly, friendly, polished and positive personalityWe are only looking for serious applicants who are interested in long term employment.
