Housekeeping Dispatcher
The Housekeeping Dispatcher is responsible for providing administrative support to the Housekeeping Department and should always display the highest level of professionalism and customer service towards both internal and external guests.
Deliver efficient and timely administrative assistance and support to the Housekeeping Department. Duties to be performed may include typing, filing, photocopying, drafting letters/correspondence, memos, faxes, compiling data and so on.
Key and Duty Phone log in and log out control.
Answer all the guest calls within 3 rings and fulfill the guest needs timely.
Ensure all the Lost and Found enquires from the guests are responded shortly with detail investigation.
Answer all the guest calls for Laundry Service with a professional explanation of the return time and the additional charges of express service.
Monitor the completeness of all the dispatched jobs to ensure no time out of the jobs.
Monitor the status of the Queue Rooms in Opera System to ensure all the rooms to be rushed on time.
Maintain a secure, effective up-to-date filing system manually and electronically which is easy to access.
Handle Lost and Found efficiently and record all necessary procedures as required by the Company.
Working as a reliable team member within the Housekeeping Department and maintaining effective communication across the Department.
Maintain a professional and friendly approach in dealing with internal and external customers at all times.
Maintain the Housekeeping office and equipment clean and tidy at all times.
Assist any other ad-hoc project if and when required by
Adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and/or security issues to supervisors.
Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors or superior from time to time.
Prior experience in a similar capacity in a 5-star hotel or premium commercial property.
Diploma or equivalency.
Able to understand and communicate oral/written instructions in Cantonese and English.
Fluent in Mandarin.
Ability to follow through till the end.

Proficient in MS Office.
