Job Summary

The Senior Program Manager (PM) Motorcycle Development Excellence (MDE) will support our organization's vision to improve efficiency throughout the Product Development Process. In this role, the successful candidate will drive program operations and lead project teams in the development of strategy, process and tools. The PM will be the expert in their processes and required support tools and manage change / implementation across Motorcycle Development.

This role :

• Develops process / initiative requirements, resource needs, and timeline for approval
• Executes process improvements / initiatives to deliver requirements for successful implementation
• Builds strong connections with cross-functional peers
• Drive resource management process

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
