What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
* Meet with clients to understand their financial goals and concerns
* Educate individuals and families on financial protection and planning strategies
* Offer solutions including life insurance, investments, and long-term care options
* Build and manage long-term client relationships
* Grow your communication, business development, and planning skills
Training & SupportNew York Life provides:
* Structured onboarding and paid training
* Support in obtaining required licenses
* One-on-one mentorship with experienced advisors
* Access to full-time trainers and product specialists
* Marketing, technology, and operational support
Compensation & Benefits* Base salary plus performance-based commissions and bonuses
* Estimated total compensation: $50,000 – $75,000 in year one
* Full benefits available for you and your family

Qualifications* Must reside in the state of Iowa
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Interest in a client-focused, relationship-driven career
* Willingness to obtain required licenses (training provided)
* Self-motivated and open to feedback and development
