Job descriptionProvide exceptional customer service by responding to consumer questions or issues regarding product features, benefits, and availability Engage with consumers to understand their needs and preferences, demonstrating and explaining merchandise, and making suggestions on suitable options Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and assist customers in the selection process, ensuring their needs are met. Process sales transactions and handle financial transactions accurately. Assist in maintaining the showrooms visual standards, including product presentation, signage, and cleanliness. Only positive and can-do attitudes High school diploma or equivalent Strong interest in home appliances and willingness to learn product details independently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Flexible schedule Industry training and instruction provided Health Insurance (Full-time only) Competitive pay Opportunity for quick advancement at 90-day review Advancement includes pay increase and commission on sales Profit sharing for key players Paid time off (Full-time only) Employee discounts Tuition reimbursement Pay range is $25,000 - $35,000 (includes earned commission potential) QUALIFIED?
