Test Lead

A company is looking for a Test Lead to oversee testing activities in incentive compensation implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate all aspects of the testing lifecycle, including status meetings and documentation

Create comprehensive test strategies and develop detailed test plans, scenarios, and scripts

Collaborate with internal and external teams to execute and document test procedures while managing client expectations

Required Qualifications

3 to 5 years of experience in testing IT software implementations, preferably in incentive compensation

Experience with automated testing tools

Proficiency in MS Excel

Detail-oriented and organized with an aptitude for understanding testing / data

Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles
